So, I knew you were good from the first job – 6 new windows and 2 new doors – which turned my tired and draughty 3 bed semi into a smart, cosy and secure haven.
And feeling the love for my now posh house, I decided to treat it further, and booked for replacement sofits, gutters and fascia boards, a job which was completed today.
To say I am thrilled is an understatement – I am so pleased with the end result of both sets of work. It was also good to have chosen a local firm who seem to have a true understanding of “customer service”, unlike a lot of the bigger national companies.
Both jobs were done when promised, and completed efficiently and tidily, with minimum disruption to my life and environment.
Special mentions and thanks must go to Marie for her advice and understanding with the designs for both job – and also to Tony and Jordan, who fitted the windows in December and guttering this week in bitter cold temperatures but kept smiling!
