Mr and Mrs Smith found such a gem near Howle Hill, Kerne Bridge and made it their family home. They had thought to buy a renovation project but instead found a property that was ready to move straight into with minimal work.

Removing Timber Windows
Their reasons – “We had to replace our windows as several were rotting and letting in rain.” Never a good thing! Plus just the general necessity to paint at least every couple of years! See how the windows were looking below…
We looked at Perfect Choice because they’re a local company but essentially chose them because we really like the R9 windows. Marie was really helpful and answered all our questions. We obviously experienced delays due to COVID but we were kept fully informed of what was happening. The installation went really smoothly.
I can definitely tell that the house is warmer and quieter and we love the look of the windows. And I no longer have to wipe up puddles on my window sills! We also don’t have the painting and general maintenance needed with wooden windows now.
