Wife and husband team Kerry and Nick Chandler have over 50 years’ combined industry experience and together they opened Perfect Choice in Ross on Wye.
The company was named Perfect Choice as Kerry and Nick wanted every customer to know they had made the Perfect Choice when placing an order and by offering a vast array of products, designs and individual detailed options, their perfect customers would be able to make the Perfect Choice for their home.
We believe in high quality products, exceptional professionalism, meticulous attention to detail at every level, ethical service and a friendly smile.
We cover all areas of Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Monmouthshire, Somerset and Avon and have successfully installed millions of pounds worth of home improvements to our satisfied customers.

The CPA is a national organisation that has been protecting property owners for 20 years when they make a major home improvement purchase.
The government requirements of deposit protection and guarantee protection are fully covered by the Consumer Protection Association (CPA), giving you peace of mind. The insurance covers up to 25% or up to £7,500 of the agreed price, which ever is the lesser PLUS your ten year service guarantee.
Perfect Choice has been vetted for surveyor and installer competencies, financial checks, employers and public liability insurance, consumer contracts and health and safety compliance. Being registered also means our guarantees have been clearly written and that we have an efficient after-sales service.

We’re a small team here at Perfect Choice. Just a few things to help you get to know us a bit better plus we are celebrating Jonathon and Sadie’s 10 years with the team!!
Kerry Chandler – Director
Started in the industry in 1984 when PVCU was in its earliest days. Experienced in design, sales & marketing, finance and accounts
Married to Nick and has 4 children and ten grandchildren (so far!)
Likes: Giggling children; Chocolate; green tea and good friends
Dislikes: Jet lag and Marmite
Nick Chandler – Director
Ex fireman and antiques dealer. Started in PVCU in 1991 and spent most of the intervening years with large national company at senior level
Likes: Football, Scrabble, real ales and stinky cheese
Dislikes: Corned beef and trying to lose weight!
Jonathon Mills – Director
At some point or another you will no doubt speak to Jonathon, as he not only manages all our appointments but he regularly beats Sadie in answering the phone!
Jonathon has been with Perfect Choice for 10 Years this year! He stared out in 2013 as a canvasser and has been a Director since the 1st January 2018.
Likes: Family days out with Jess, Ava and Joseph, favourite being West Midlands Safari Park 🙂 Plus new baby Ella has joined the clan.
Dislikes: Dis-organisation and samosas! He likes them but has allergic reactions.
Noel Reilly – Business Development Manager
Noel has been with us since 2019 and comes with a wealth of experience (30 years infact) in the industry. Over the years he has held positions in marketing, sales, transport, logistics and installations so knows the business inside out!
Originally from Liverpool and now resides in the beautiful Forest of Dean.
Likes: Noel loves to cook ! He enjoys fishing and the coast. Fav food Beans on Toast !!!!
Dislikes: Alcohol, Butter Beans & Fake People.
Stuart Rees – Our Meticulous Surveyor
Stuart is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of our business, and, together with his vast experience and qualifications, makes him a valuable member of the Perfect Choice team
Likes: Attention to detail, deep-sea diving (who prefers diving around the UK to more tropical climes!) and a secret chocolate biscuit when he thinks we’re not looking!
Dislikes: Lentil soup
Brian Jamieson – Surveyor
Brian by trade is a Joiner he started his apprenticeship in Australia and finished here in the UK. Between 1991-93 he built his own home over weekends and evenings. At this time, he was approached by the manager of a National Glazing company, trying to sell him windows for the new house. He came by several times encouraging Brian to join them as a surveyor “I think you’d be cut out for surveyor, give it a go, what have you got to lose!” So, when the house was finished, he did just that and loves it!
Likes: Family, travel and keeping fit. When he gets time off he travels to Ireland to see family. There’s always loads of jobs lined up for him to do. When he gets time he loves to cook, especially Thai food!
Dislikes: Getting stuck behind lorries on B roads, while trying to get to work. Soap operas. Wet winter grey skies.
Chris Weir – Surveyor
David Webb – Our diligent Installation Manager
David has been in the industry more years than he cares to mention. From the early days of carpentry to manufacture and installation of windows and having worked over a decade for a national company, it was our dedication to customer service that motivated him to join us.
Likes: Walking his dogs – 3 Dalmatians and a Doberman; ALL food, including corned beef and marmite sandwich!
Dislikes: Broad beans – ate too many as a child; bad parking.
Sadie Lusty – Sales Co-ordinator & Social Media Manager
Sadie is the lady who is always ready to welcome you with a cheery smile.
As a mum of 3 lovely sons, she takes great pride in their progress!
Always the life & soul of the party and now celebrating 11 years with Perfect Choice.
Likes: Shopping, Cherry Jellies, Crisps and Gerberas (Oh and cocktails!)
Dislikes: Rain and the smell of red roses.
Becky Howard – Accounts and Office Manager
Becky our intrepid accountant, (words not often put together but with Wing Walking for charity its a must!) a mother of three – Kieran, Peter and Poppy plus two cats Bonnie and Clyde :-). You can guarantee that when she answers the phone there will be giggles and smiles on both ends!
Favourite Things: Reading and watching Science Fiction. Cycling in the Forest of Dean (high up on the favourite list). Bit of a caffeine addict, coffee and diet coke. Film: Life of Pi

Marie Tyler-Davis – Designer
Marie is bright and bubbly & mum of three boys. Has a fresh approach to design.
Likes: Taittinger champagne! Chelsea FC (on orders of Anthony) and her dog Monty – a miniature schnauzer
Dislikes: Fish, being cold and tea!
Andy Smith – Customer Care Manager
Andy has been working hard with Perfect Choice for 10 years! He has held various roles with in the company and been a loyal member of staff. As we have grown, Andy has taken the reins in Customer Care, having an understanding and gentle manner that puts others at ease.
Likes: If you let him, Andy will talk all day about his daughter Eva. Next would be Newcastle United and Cricket! 🙂

Terence McDonald-Smith – Sales Designer
Terry had been working in the home improvement industry for 28 years before he joined Perfect Choice 4 years ago. He has experience as a rep, a trainer and manager for a national company plus time spent in the Electric and Gas industry in technical development.
He has been married for 55 years with 2 children and 4 grandchildren. Terry has many hobbies and interests too many to list, among them cricket, snooker, pool and golf!
Likes: Travel – has visited over 25 different countries, some many times.
Brandon Leach – Sales Designer
Previously Brandon was in accountancy for 6 years, he built a client base and really enjoyed that aspect of it. He wanted to try something new and Sales appealed to him as he likes the client/customer interaction. He has now been working for Perfect Choice since May 2022, he is really enjoying getting out and about, meeting lovely people and being himself. So far very happy and has not looked back!
Likes: Very Sporty, loves football and plays golf as much as he can. Big Man United fan. Plays football for Broadwell, Forest of Dean for last 6 years.
Dislikes: Ice-Cream it’s too cold! Liverpool F.C.
